I have had a few issues with stones falling out and the most recent time she worked to ensure my experience was great even though I was frustrated. We went here to get my engagement ring resized. It's an heirloom with a lot of sentimental value, so we were a little... nervous. They took great care of it though. We had such a good experience that we decided to go back when it was time to buy our wedding rings. They custom made them for us, working closely with us to make sure the rings matched our vision. Excellent customer service, and a beautiful collection of fine jewellery. I've had two appointments with Marie now, and... both times she was extremely kind and very helpful.
