I have always known Nelson Coleman to do amazing work! Jaci has designed a gorgeous ring for me in the past, and now... they were able to restore some sentimental pieces given to me as a child. The Nelson Coleman Jewelers have served our family for over four generations. Both my grandmother and my husband's... grandmother, our mothers, we, and our son and daughter and famlies have been patrons. Amanda sent pictures is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. And because they maintain our rings they even had my size on file! Expect them to strategize with you to find and create the jewelry you were meant to wear. I always have a great experience with Nelson Coleman. Susie is extremely helpful and welcoming when I come in to get my... engagement ring and wedding bands cleaned and polished. I have had a few issues with stones falling out and the most recent time she worked to ensure my experience was great even though I was frustrated. I appreciate the personal attention they give and wanting to make sure the experience is enjoyable whether you are buying or just getting something serviced!read more

We went here to get my engagement ring resized. It's an heirloom with a lot of sentimental value, so we were a little... nervous. They took great care of it though. We had such a good experience that we decided to go back when it was time to buy our wedding rings. They custom made them for us, working closely with us to make sure the rings matched our vision. The whole process was a great experience. When we picked up the rings, we were both happily surprised! They are so detailed! This has become our go-to jeweler.read more

This place is the best! Everyone was super nice and helpful. You go to a lot of jewelry stores and people are on you... immediately and pushing you to buy right away even if you’re not ready. Excellent customer service, and a beautiful collection of fine jewellery. I've had two appointments with Marie now, and... both times she was extremely kind and very helpful. Other workers in the store were also friendly and were willing to weigh in with their thoughts as they passed by.
