I always have a great experience with Nelson Coleman. Susie is extremely helpful and welcoming when I come in to get my... engagement ring and wedding bands cleaned and polished. I have had a few issues with stones falling out and the most recent time she worked to ensure my experience was great even though I was frustrated. We went here to get my engagement ring resized. It's an heirloom with a lot of sentimental value, so we were a little... nervous. They took great care of it though. We had such a good experience that we decided to go back when it was time to buy our wedding rings. They custom made them for us, working closely with us to make sure the rings matched our vision. The whole process was a great experience. When we picked up the rings, we were both happily surprised! They are so detailed! This has become our go-to jeweler.read more

Excellent customer service, and a beautiful collection of fine jewellery. I've had two appointments with Marie now, and... both times she was extremely kind and very helpful. Other workers in the store were also friendly and were willing to weigh in with their thoughts as they passed by.
